Daniel Hedges Editor / Videographer With a curiosity about the world and a passion for film, I seek to explore, learn, educate and entertain in the most creative and powerful way possible.  I believe that film is the most effective means of communicating important issues, thought provoking concepts and entertaining topics to an audience.  I am energized and fulfilled when behind a camera or in the editing suite.

 I have experience editing short and feature length documentaries, television shows, program introductions, promos, behind the scenes pieces, recaps and teasers.  I have also shot documentaries, television, promos, behind the scenes, music videos and have experience booming and as utility sound technician for television, short films and documentaries.  I love to collaborate with others and find creative solutions to challenges.  I am detail oriented and strive to produce only the highest quality work.

 I am inspired by nature, music and culture and have been affected and influenced by my surroundings living in various places including the greater Boston area, New Mexico, Vermont, New Zealand and New York City.  My passion for travel has led me to countries throughout Latin America, Europe and the Pacific.  When not working on film or creating art I spend my time outside snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking and surfing.
